Services

Diamond HVAC Ltd provides air conditioning installation, servicing, maintenance and repair services for domestic and commercial customers.

All services are subject to quotation, availability and confirmation.

Quotations

All quotations issued by Diamond HVAC Ltd are valid for 14 days from the date the quotation is issued.

If the quotation is not accepted within this period, Diamond HVAC Ltd reserves the right to review and amend the price to reflect any changes in equipment costs, material costs, labour costs or project requirements.

Acceptance of a quotation confirms agreement to the scope of works and pricing outlined within the quotation.

Installation & Workmanship

All work carried out by Diamond HVAC Ltd will be completed with reasonable care and skill in accordance with recognised industry standards.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that suitable access to the property and installation area is available at the agreed installation time.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be discussed and agreed with the customer before being undertaken.

Site Conditions

Quotations provided by Diamond HVAC Ltd are based on the information available at the time of survey or enquiry.

If unforeseen site conditions are discovered during installation — including but not limited to hidden pipework, electrical issues, structural limitations, access restrictions or other factors that could not reasonably be identified beforehand — additional work may be required.

Where such circumstances arise, Diamond HVAC Ltd will discuss the situation with the customer and agree any necessary changes to the scope of work and associated costs before proceeding.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that suitable access, electrical supply and installation conditions are available for the work to be carried out safely and efficiently.

Warranty

Equipment supplied and installed may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies depending on the equipment brand and product supplied.

Manufacturer warranties typically cover parts only and do not include labour costs associated with diagnosing faults, attending site, or replacing components.

Diamond HVAC Ltd provides a 12-month workmanship warranty covering the installation work carried out by our engineers. After this period, any labour required to diagnose faults, attend site, or replace components under a manufacturer’s warranty may be chargeable.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined within the quotation or invoice provided.

Diamond HVAC Ltd reserves the right to request deposits or staged payments depending on the scope and value of the project.

Failure to make payment within agreed terms may result in delays to services or additional charges.

Cancellation

If a customer wishes to cancel work after accepting a quotation, Diamond HVAC Ltd must be notified as soon as possible.

Where a deposit has been paid to secure an installation date or to order equipment and materials, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Deposits are taken to cover administration, scheduling and the ordering of equipment or materials required for the project.

If equipment or materials have already been ordered specifically for the project, Diamond HVAC Ltd reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs incurred beyond the deposit where applicable.

If installation dates have been scheduled and cancellation occurs at short notice, Diamond HVAC Ltd may also charge reasonable costs relating to labour scheduling or project preparation.

Any such costs will be communicated clearly to the customer.
